Pasta Casa 39 is a chain of Italian restaurants by Arkady Novikov and Yervand Galstyan, founders of the Novikov Group & Family Garden Culinary Alliance.
At the heart of the concept is homemade pasta, from classic carbonara and spaghetti al pomodoro to signature combinations. At Pasta Casa 39 guests can enjoy creamy spaghetti cacio e pepe prepared inside a parmesan wheel, tagliatelle with zucchini and shrimp, gnocchi with beef cheeks and porcini mushrooms.
The menu also features trendy thin-crust pizza made with aged dough and succulent toppings, Mediterranean hot dishes made with meat, fish and seafood, as well as appetizers and antipasti from cheeses to carpaccio.
The signature interior is designed in warm shades of terracotta and olive, while accent details — glossy lamps, stylized wall murals and live tree — creates a sunny Italian atmosphere.
